Architecture for education
GSD International School Costa Rica’s design was born from the idea of shaking up the traditional concepts of buildings which condition learning. We made the decision to construct a learning-based building.
Spaces at this location are adapted to its project and invite free movement. Schools should be habitable and foster interaction in which children can move around in quality and efficient surroundings.
Common areas are much more than simple play areas; that's why our pre-school classrooms open onto the playground, with different buildings gathered around a central area which can be transformed into a meeting place for the GSD Educational Community.
