This year has been truly exceptional for GSD International School, as reflected in the remarkable achievements of our students. At the National Chinese Bridge Competition, we were honored to present two of our outstanding students, Oriana Farías Lugo and Catalina Liebinger Gutiérrez, in the elementary and secondary categories. Their exceptional performances earned them first place in both categories nationally, giving GSD International School the privilege of representing Costa Rica at the International Chinese Bridge Competition held in China.

During their time abroad, our students had an enriching cultural experience as they interacted with peers from over 100 countries and immersed themselves in Chinese culture. They had the opportunity to visit the cities of Beijing and Tianjin, explore iconic landmarks, connect with traditional Chinese families, and tour schools and universities. Additionally, the exemplary performance of our secondary student, Oriana Farías Lugo, was recognized with a scholarship to study in China, a testament to her dedication and excellence.

We are deeply proud of our progress in Mandarin language learning and are committed to further enhancing our success in this journey.
