Last Wednesday, March 30, 7 U.S. and 6 Costa Ricans universities visited GSD ISCR at their vocational fair.

For GSD it is essential to guide the students so that they have more clarity in their future decisions. That´s why they have invited these universities to present their academic proposals.   They were also given a space so that they could explain to students the step-by-step process for the applications on universities abroad, specifically in the United States.

Creighton University, Embry Riddle Aeronautical U, Florida Institute of Technology, Columbia College of Chicago, University of LaVerne, University at Albany and Hope College were the U.S. universities that were sharing with the eleventh, tenth and ninth grade students in GSD.

In the same way, the students were visited by 6 Costa Rican universities:  ULatina, ULEAD, Ulacit, Texas Tech, U Hispanoamericana, Aeroformación Aviation School.

Alejandra Valverde, Psychologist-Counselor of GSD ISCR commented:

We are very happy to be able to offer our students again the opportunity to meet in person with representatives of national and foreign universities. This has been a very successful meeting. The students were very excited and interested in the different careers and university options.

These universities, which have academic proposals ranging from Business to Aviation, were undoubtedly an excellent first step in guiding GSD ISCR students in one of the most important decisions of their lives.
