Dating back to its creation, alignment with the participating principles inherent in a cooperative enterprise of associated work, GSD assumed the commitment to work towards managing a socially-committed entity, responsible for providing a quality learning experience which fosters shared social and environmental values, while also offering a socially-committed educational experience.

Thus, in May of 2012, we joined the United Nations Global Compact, founded on principles set forth in the Global Compact on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption; GSD fosters these in its day-to-day activities.

For an institution of learning, activities conceived to raise social awareness regarding the environment go in two directions. First, towards the heart of the company which contemplates fundamental values as inherent to its internal ideologies. It also is focused on education, to which we are strongly inclined as well.
